While pursuing my triple major in Psychology, English and Journalism, I discovered my passion for the field of mental health. Pursuing a masters in Counselling Psychology further ignited this passion while also strengthening my practical skills along with the theoretical knowledge. I chose this field and profession in the hopes of assisting individuals reclaim power over their life, emotionally regulate themselves and live a more fulfilling life according to their perspective. I use an integrative approach that is tailor made according to each client's needs. My therapeutic lens is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Feminist Therapy along with elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
