Hi, I'm Tejasvee, a counseling psychologist dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces for individuals to explore their mental health. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and have undergone hands-on training to refine my therapeutic skills. My experience includes working with infertility patients and individuals from marginalized and LGBTQ+ communities, deepening my understanding of the unique challenges they face. In my practice, I focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, those exploring their identities, and anyone seeking a nonjudgmental space for growth. My own experiences with mental health led me to this work. I know how transformative it is to feel truly. Iam interested in research as much as practice. I believe therapy to be a reciprocal relationship where the client and therapist have a lot to learn from each other. My approach is collaborative and tailored, drawing from multiple therapeutic schools. I believe in providing a tailored approach that meets each client's unique needs. That's why I incorporate third-wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, allowing for a flexible and client-centered approach to healing and growth.
